Women's Suffrage Series: A Celebration of Voting Rights

Did you know that many early Girl Scout leaders were committed suffragists? On President’s Day, the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace and the League of Women Voters of Coastal Georgia will celebrate their efforts and honor the expansion of voting rights in the United States. Guests will enjoy refreshments, activities, entertainment, and remarks from organizational leaders highlighting where we’ve been and what’s ahead.

This event is open to all. Registration is required.

White is the traditional color worn by suffragists and women’s rights activists. White attire is encouraged for participants.
