Rape Aggressor Defense (RAD) Course for women: First day class starts on a Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 @ 6:00 pm
The price is $25 for the course. Training will consist of six two-hour classes for six consecutive Tuesdays. Total training consists of 12 hours. A training guide will be provided for course use.

The youngest student accepted for enrollment is 12 years old. Highly encouraged that mothers and daughters take it together. Please be aware the class involves mature adult topics on sexual assault.

The first 3 hours of training is required prior to taking any physical other portion of the course.

Day 1: Safety Concept, Tactics Discussion and Lecture: Part 1 (prerequisite)
Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 @ 6pm – 8:30pm

Day 2: Safety Concept, Tactics Discussion and Lecture: Part 2 (prerequisite), Introduction to Basic Techniques
Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 @ 6pm – 8:30pm

Day 3: Basic Technique
Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 @ 6pm – 8:30pm

Day 4: Review and Continuation of Basic Technique
Tuesday, October 7th, 2025 @ 6pm – 8:30pm

Day 5: Review — Final Day Practical Simulation: TBD
Tuesday, October 14th, 2025 @ 6pm – 8:30pm

Dates and times are subject to change after the start of the first day of class. Students will be notified well in advance. Please wear comfortable workout clothing, preferably loose and not constricting athletic wear.
