Women's Self-Defense Course

RAD Course February 5th – March 12, 2025
Rape Aggressor Defense (RAD) Course for women: First day class starts on a Wednesday February 5th, 2025 @ 6:00 pm
The price is $20 for the course. Training will consist of one, two-hour class for six straight Wednesdays. Total training consists of 12 hours.  A training guide will be provided for course use.
The youngest student accepted for enrollment is 12 years old. Highly encouraged that mothers and daughters take it together. Please be aware the class involves mature adult topics on sexual assault.
The first day of training is required prior to taking any other portion of the course.

Day 1 Safety Concept, Tactics Discussion and Lecture:  Part 1 (prerequisite)
Wednesday Feb. 5th @ 6pm -8pm

Day 2 Safety Concept, Tactics Discussion and Lecture:  Part 2 (prerequisite)
Introduction to Basic Techniques
Wednesday Feb. 12th @ 6pm -8pm

Day 3 Basic Technique:
Wednesday Feb. 19th @ 6pm -8pm

Day 4 Basic Technique:
Wednesday Feb. 26th @ 6pm -8pm

Day 5 Basic Technique Review
Wednesday Mar. 5th @ 6pm -8pm

Final Day Practical Simulation:
Wednesday Mar. 12th @ 6pm -8pm

Dates and times are subject to change after the start of the first day of class.
Please wear comfortable workout clothing.
