Join us for an intimate evening celebrating BŌKEN, a new generation of premium craft sake crafted for the modern palate.
Chef Mike has designed six exclusive courses, available nowhere else, each paired with a different BŌKEN sake selected to complement the dish. A BŌKEN representative will guide you through each pour, while Chef Mike shares the story behind every plate.
