Start your evening with delicate hors d’oeuvres comprised of Oysters and Caviar to open your palate, followed by a French Charcuterie selection, the aromatic lighter dish of Saffron Poached Sea Trout and the rich flavor of a Veal Chop Milanese platter.

This menu is designed to enhance the complex notes of carefully selected champagnes such as Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve, Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, and Dom Perignon 2013.
