Whitney—Top Chef contestant and former Executive Chef of the Greyfield Inn on Cumberland Island—will guide you through a multi-course menu from her cookbook, The Saltwater Table, known for its refined, ingredient-driven approach to Southern coastal cuisine.
This is the launch of our Cook the Book series—where we take a cookbook off the shelf and bring it fully to life.
With only 12 seats, this is not a typical class. You’ll cook alongside Whitney, learn her techniques, and sit down together to enjoy the meal.
