If you’ve been chasing chronic stress, anxiety, and poor sleep as separate problems, this workshop offers a different read: more often than not, they share a single upstream cause — how you breathe.

The Breath Reset Workshop is a free, 45-minute community workshop in midtown Savannah.

You’ll get:
• A functional breathing audit, including your BOLT score (a validated CO₂ tolerance measure) and a brief symptom self-check
• A clear, mechanism-based explanation for what your numbers mean and why it matters
• Two specific interventions you’ll practice in the room and feel within minutes
• A take-home handout with your audit results, your home practice, and your next step

This is not intense breathwork. There is no over-breathing, no hyperventilation, no heavy breathing of any kind. Functional breathwork is light, slow, and designed to fit into a regular life — in the car, on the couch, at your desk.

Taught by Chase Barber, Oxygen Advantage-certified breath coach and founder of Savannah Breath Reset. Runs every other month, 2–3 weeks before each 6-Week Breath Reset cohort launches.
