Taoist Meditation Workshop

Join us for a day-long Taoist Meditation Workshop at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Savannah. Open to all faiths and all meditation backgrounds, this workshop focuses on seated and moving meditation, energy work, intuitive practice, and time with the manifestation of the Higher Self of the group host. One hour break for lunch. Pillows, cushions and chairs provided. $45. Email to register prior to the event.
