This Taoist practice focuses on seated and moving meditation, energy work, and intuitive practice.

We meet at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Savannah.

Workshop cost is $45, Venmo or cash.

Cushions and chairs are available.

We’ll take a one-hour break for lunch.
