Surise Yoga on the Beach

We have a special guest planned for August 16th’s sunrise yoga class with Dani! Angela will be guiding us through sound healing to accompany the asana and breath work.
Sunrise Yoga is the perfect way to start your day!
We will meet on the beach at 18th street! Park in the Strand Ave parking lot (16th-18th street) take the 18th street beach access onto the beach and look for us to the left of the walkway.
No need to preregister! Community classes are pay what you can donation based! Bring cash or you can pay through Venmo.
