Songwriter Roundup

First Hour (7:00–8:00 PM): Pre-selected songwriters (locked in advance).

Second Hour (8:00–9:00 PM): Open bucket pull – spots chosen randomly from the bucket on the night of the show.

End of Night Bucket Pull: At the conclusion of the event, we will draw the first-round artists for the following month from the bucket.
No-Show Policy: If a pre-selected songwriter does not show up, their spot will be filled by a bucket pull from those present.

Must Be Present: To participate in any bucket pull (second hour, no-show replacement, or next month’s first round), you must be present at the start of the event (7:00 PM). No late arrivals for bucket pulls.

All performances are original songs only.
Each songwriter will play 2–3 songs per round and share a short story behind at least one of them.

This format keeps the night fair, exciting, and true to the Nashville songwriter round spirit — while giving everyone a real chance to play.
