Event Details

Join our marine educators for an exciting exploration of Beach Hammock, a small barrier island just north of Wassaw Island. We’ll hike along the sandy shoreline, searching for interesting shells, and then use a seine net to discover fascinating marine creatures in the water.

Registration is required and includes admission to the UGA Aquarium. Children ages 10 and up are welcome but must be accompanied by a registered adult.
