Join us for a 90-minute experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and explore embodied tools for staying grounded.
Together, we’ll explore simple yet powerful practices to invite calm, clarity, and connection- including intuitive movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and shared reflection.
Come as you are- in comfy clothing, a mat or towel is optional.
