A curated wellness experience designed around choice and exploration. Each session is crafted by expert facilitators who bring their unique gifts to help you regulate your nervous system, restore your energy, and resonate with your authentic self.
Choose your own journey whether that is a single day pass or a full weekend retreat – through breathwork, embodied movement, sound healing, functional nutrition, intuitive development, and creative reconnection. Every experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Friday we begin with a welcome reception & wellness connection event including mocktails, light bites & mini-experiences offered by our practitioners. We will also host an intimate immersive astrology dining experience for 8 people.
Saturday we will have 3 blocks of immersive experiences where you can choose which experience from each block you would like to immerse yourself in.
