No Kings Savannah

Savannah Indivisible, with support from the ACLU of Georgia, is hosting No Kings at Emmet Park on E. Bay Street. A rally will begin at 1 pm, followed by a peaceful march in downtown Savannah. Bring your signs and your voices. No Kings is a nonviolent national day of action and mass mobilization in response to the increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption of the Trump administration. At No Kings, we will demonstrate organized nonviolent people power that outpaces any authoritarian aspirations. History is clear: people-led movements — not force, not one politician — are how we end attacks on our rights and attempts at authoritarianism. Our movement is trained in de-escalation to ensure powerful, disciplined, and lawful local actions. When communities stand together in non-violent action, fear loses its power.
