Spend your Saturday starting your own King Oyster mushrooms and learn the basics of home mushroom cultivation using a monotub with guest speaker and mushroom specialist Bo Ballance of Blue Heron Farms. The price of the class is $90 per person and includes all materials needed to grow King Oyster mushrooms.
