Meet Your Spirit Guides

During this 90 minute in person experience, one facilitator will lead you through a relaxing meditation intended to quiet the mind and open you to intuitive insight. As you journey inward, a second practitioner will move throughout the room offering Reiki and crystal healing to encourage relaxation, energetic balance, and a deeper meditative experience.
