Join Shea Walker for a transformative three-part series combining Ayurveda and Yoga’s ancient wisdom to bring balance to your doshas. In each 90-minute session, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery through a dharma talk on seasonal Ayurvedic elemental theory, a revitalizing Dosha balancing asana practice, a deeply restorative savasana, and a seasonally relevant pranayama and meditation practice. Each in-person session will be recorded and available for you to access until the next session and throughout the specific Ayurvedic season. This means you can continue your practice from the comfort of your own home. This first event focuses on Pitta season.
