Hospice Savannah/Live Oak Public Libraries presents “Advanced Directives and Care Planning” continues Tuesday, March 18, 10:30am at the Garden City Library.
Melissa Gaule, Director of Palliative Care & Provider Management for Steward Center for Palliative Care, will speak on the importance of Advanced Directives, including care planning, quality of life, and the hard, but necessary conversations to have with loved ones.
Each month, a new topic will be presented as part of the year-long monthly series focused on aging in place.
