First Friday for Folk Music

15 ($10 members) donation at door. Join us for an evening of acoustic music. Tonight’s performance features two sessions by Irish folksinger Harry O’Donoghue. In performance with acoustic guitar, bodhrán, and melodic voice, Harry’s songs weave a story of Ireland, past and present.
First Friday for Folk Music offers a fantastic music listening experience: live acoustic music by local and traveling artists, low admission fee, alcohol free, non-smoking, secular event, and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
With over 30 years in the music business, Harry O’Donoghue has become a master folksinger, songwriter, humorist, International Recording Artist, radio personality, and an Ambassador of Irish Culture. His is the story of old Ireland infused with freshness and influences of a new century. In performance with acoustic guitar, bodhrán, and melodic voice, Harry’s songs weave a story of Ireland, both past and present. His comfortable easy-going style and charm have become trademarks, with his quick wit and natural ability to draw the audience into his show.
