First Friday for Folk Music

Join us for an evening of acoustic music. Tonight’s performance features two sessions by Wyatt Easterling, one of the finest songwriters and performers. With his intricate guitar work and engaging voice Wyatt easily connects with his audiences. After many years of working all angles of the music business in such diverse roles as a multi-platinum producer and songwriter, to Chief of A & R for Atlantic Records, to signing on as a staff writer for DreamWorks, EMI and Bugle in Nashville, Wyatt has had the opportunity to work and perform with artists from around the world touching on several different genres. All these various roles have influenced his craft as a songwriter and performer. Wyatt was selected for The Kerrville Music Festival’s prestigious New Folk honor in 2011 and 2012
First Friday for Folk Music offers a fantastic music listening experience: live acoustic music by local and traveling artists, low admission fee, alcohol free, non-smoking, secular event, and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Admission $15 ($10 for members) at the door.
