Begin your evening in Stevedore’s Lounge with Hall Wines, featuring wine tastings, Thompson’s House Amaro, live acoustic music, and seasonal light bites. Meet our gardener for a behind-the-scenes look at the ingredients that inspire Fleeting’s menu.

Then, enjoy a curated wine dinner at Fleeting with Chef Ari Taymor. Drawing inspiration from California’s celebrated wine regions, each course highlights seasonal ingredients and refined culinary technique thoughtfully paired with Hall Wines to reflect the spirit of Napa Valley.

After dinner, return to Stevedore, open exclusively for event guests, to revisit your favorite pours and pick up any reserved bottles.
