Instructor Bio: James Lough Ph.D. is the author of the upcoming book Emergent Writing: Reclaiming Creative Voice in the Age of AI (forthcoming Routledge Books). He has taught writing for 33 years and published five additional books, one of which was optioned by Lionsgate for TV production. He founded SCAD Savannah’s writing department and taught there for 17 years.
