The Effingham County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the New Ebenezer Retreat Center, is proud to introduce Effingham ALIVE!, a fresh, immersive community experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Savannah River and steeped in the rich heritage of Effingham County.
