Eco-lens: Digital Nature Journaling

Join us for a program focused on capturing the beauty of nature through short videos! This beginner-friendly program will explore digital nature journaling using a smartphone. Learn simple filming techniques, from framing and focus to movement, before taking a walk on our nature trail where you’ll discover the sights and sounds of the salt marsh and maritime forest. No advanced technical skills are required. This program is perfect for nature lovers and creatives alike, it’s an opportunity to slow down, observe, and transform everyday outdoor experiences into lasting visual memories.

Registration is required and includes admission to the UGA Aquarium. This program is designed for participants ages 16 and up. All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a registered adult. Tickets are nonrefundable.
