Hope Haven hosts a monthly support group for caregivers of a loved one living with dementia or other cognitive challenges. This group is facilitated by Jill Costello, Program Coordinator for Hospice Savannah’s Edel Caregiver Institute, and is open to everyone, not just those whose loved one also participates in the Hope Haven day program.
