Day On the Island 2025

The women of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church first held Day On the Island in 1969. This biennial event will take place on Friday, November 7, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 412 Parkersburg Road.

This year, Day On the Island celebrates the history of Isle of Hope with a scenic trolley tour through the beloved island. As you ride beneath the moss-draped oaks and along familiar streets, we hope to bring to life the cherished stories and lasting legacy of those who came before us.

In addition to the trolley tour, the women of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church will also host favorites from past years: a delicious luncheon; online silent auction; bake shop with homemade cheese straws and brittle bread; and a shopping bazaar with boutique merchants and local artists selling an array of gifts – art, children’s items, clothing, jewelry, home goods, and the luncheon table centerpieces.

All funds raised from Day On the Island 2025 support local mission organizations.
