Every good meal starts with the land.
The Cooking School at Saint Bibiana turns its attention to the Appalachian Mountains, drawing from regional traditions and the quiet abundance of spring for a seasonal dinner in partnership with Crane Creek Vineyards.
Wines for the evening are presented by Crane Creek, a family-owned estate tucked into the North Georgia mountains. Winemaker Peter Seifarth, raised among the vines, will guide guests through each pairing, offering insight into the wines, the season, and the landscape that shapes them.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines that echo the character of the land, and will be available for purchase at the end of the class.
