SPD Community Engagement Division presents Blue Light Fright Night on Oct. 31 at the Central Precinct! This free event is open to the public and includes a haunted house walkthrough and 13 candy stations, with pre-filled bags for those with strollers and wheelchairs. CrimeStoppers, Old Savannah City Mission, and Bay Street Blues are partnering with SPD for the event. Costumes encouraged!
