Black Faces in Green Spaces: The Journey of Black Professionals in Green Careers explores the experiences, challenges, and successes of Black leaders across environmental & sustainability fields. This engaging presentation will shed light on representation in green industries, highlight career paths, and offer insights into building more inclusive & equitable environmental spaces. Learn about the presenter’s own journey along with stories of other trailblazers, their passions, and the barriers they’re breaking as they shape a more inclusive future for our planet. This eye-opening empowering talk will be presented by Lillian Grace Dinkins, PhD in Forest Resources & Conservation (University of Florida Gainesville).
