Beverage Class: Sauvignon Blanc

Few grapes are as singly associated with a place as Sauvignon Blanc. Its delightful qualities have taken it far from the Loire Valley. We are pleased to welcome back to the Cooking School Ryan Smith from Rive Gauche Wines, to take us from the grape’s home in Sancerre to Austria and the US, with some remarkably diverse bottles.
