Patti Callahan Supports Future Minds Literacy with May 2nd Book Launch in Savannah

New York Times Bestselling Author, Patti Callahan, celebrates the release of her latest novel, The Secret Book of Flora Lea, with an exclusive Savannah launch party on Tuesday, May 2 at 6:30 pm. The event doubles as a fundraiser for local nonprofit, Future Minds Literacy, at E. Shavers Booksellers’ new Starland location at 1921 Bull Street.

VIP tickets are available for $40 and include an autographed 1st edition book on publication day, author meet-and-greet, swag bag, appetizers and drink ticket, with a portion donated to Future Minds Literacy. Savannah favorite, Mary Kay Andrews, will also be in attendance during an author conversation with Carolyn Prusa. Attendees are invited to peruse a variety of books by Patti Callahan, which will also be available for purchase.

About New Novel: After two young sisters evacuate London to live with strangers in the English countryside as part of Operation Pied Piper during World War II, the younger goes missing and is presumed drowned until 20 years later when the older sister, who works in a London rare book shop, receives a children’s book based on the secret fairy tale only the sisters shared.
