ABOUT WILL MOSELEY Will Moseley hails from small-town Hazlehurst, Georgia, where he grew up playing football and living a typical country lifestyle. Will took an interest in music at 16 after his mom gave him his first guitar for Christmas, and actually didn’t start playing until 19. He began taking music and songwriting more seriously during the pandemic while he was studying at Georgia Southern. Following a series of football injuries, Will shifted his focus to music and never looked back.

Will caught the attention of American Idol producers on social media, but his first response was “These folks don’t have anything for me, I’m not the right fit.” Through the encouragement of his friends who told him to give it a shot, Will would prove himself wrong. During his audition, he received a coveted golden ticket to Hollywood, where he would build his fan base week after week, until his triumphant finish as American Idol’s Season 22 runner up to Abi Carter.

Since Idol, Will has released multiple singles that show fans his style of nostalgia and down-to-earth Southern charm. He has also played alongside an outstanding number of country music stars, including peers such as country-rapper Kidd G and fellow American Idol alum Colin Stough. Will has also toured and played shows with Zac Brown Band, Clint Black, Marshall Tucker, and Riley Green and Ella Langley at 2025 Gata Jam in his college town of Statesboro, Georgia.
