The Women Who Rule campaign, led by United Way WOMEN UNITED®, is committed to this endeavor through fundraising and awareness. Women leaders and local change-makers from all backgrounds inspire others to donate and serve their community in new ways.

We hope to see you at our Women Who Rule Campaign luncheon, where we will celebrate women’s achievements, encourage one another, and raise funds for the WOMEN UNITED® Transportation Fund. If you miss the event, don’t worry—you can still contribute to this worthy cause.

In celebration of our 10th Anniversary this year, we pay tribute to the British influence on our region’s history and lifestyle with world-renowned designer and style icon, India Hicks. As daughter of Lady Pamela Hicks and famed interior designer, David Hicks, India’s style blends her aristocratic British roots with a relaxed island lifestyle.
Presented by the The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in the State of Georgia, a 501C3 charitable organization, this event supports the ongoing preservation of two of the City’s prominent historic houses, the Andrew Low House Museum and The Green-Meldrim House.

Jamie Crotts of Limestone returns to the Cooking School at Saint Bibiana, this time with something a little more off the beaten path.

Join us for an evening devoted to the quietly obsessive world of biologically aged wines, featuring selections from Jerez, Jura, and perhaps a few unexpected corners beyond.

Guests will have the opportunity to take a piece of the evening home, with select bottles available for purchase following the class.

Join us on Thursday, March 5 at 7 p.m for our second annual Chefs Farmers: A Culinary Experience event at Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum, located at 41 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. All proceeds will support Forsyth Farmers’ Market programs benefiting area farmers as well as the local community.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample seasonal dishes made with fresh, local ingredients prepared by talented chefs from top local restaurants, including Common Thread, Strange Bird, Sobremesa, The Laundry Diner, Flora and Fauna and FARM, with many more to be announced over the coming weeks. The Savannah Boat Show will launch this year with an expanded footprint along the Savannah River waterfront showcasing indoor exhibits at the Savannah Convention Center and boat displays on the water for the first time at the newly opened IGY Savannah Harbor Marina. Attendees of the boat show on March 13-15 can explore dry land exhibits and a stunning in-water boat display at the inner basin and new superyacht docks. In addition to showcasing the latest inventory for those seeking to purchase a boat, there will be plenty of family-friendly activities, live music, and food trucks.
