Dress up with you favorite 4-legged friends and humans and trick-or-treat at Savannah businesses from the Riverfront to the Starland District!
Saturday and Sunday, 12-5pm
Event tickets are $12 per participating animal and include a goody bag with items from our sponsors to collect your treats in and a map to all the participating businesses. Tickets are good for BOTH days of the event, explore one area at your leisure and come back to a different area the next day!
Purchase tickets at wagoween.org or on the day of the event in Pulaski Square (downtown) and in Starland Yard.
In Pulaski Square be sure to stop by our official photobooth to join the contest, grab a shirt and raffle ticket, and of course sign up for the Wiener Races (and wannabe wiener races open to ALL dogs)! Vendors and rescues are located in other downtown squares.
Wag-O-Ween supports all participating local animal rescues and shelters from the surrounding counties- support their efforts and meet some of their adoptable dogs while you collect treats!
Funds raised also support the Sara Portman Community Fund, which focuses on community spay and neuter efforts, education, and keeping wanted pets in homes.
Wag-O-Ween is organized by the nonprofit rescue, Renegade Paws Rescue, and local woman-owned business, Locally Made Savannah.

All spiritual practice, across all religions, starts with some form of meditation! Meditation is simply the practice of stilling and focusing the mind on a single point to gain insight, deeper awareness, and the ability to work with the subtle energetic world.
Some benefits of meditation:
Anxiety and stress reduction
Inner peace
Heightened spiritual senses
Improved manifestation
Self-awareness
More easeful day-to-day living
Each session begins with a group discussion and q&a with an experienced meditation teacher. We will then have 10-20 minutes of practice together. All levels are encouraged to come, and chairs will be available. Some classes may begin with gentle stretching and may incorporate gentle movement, depending on what the group would like to do that day! Please wear comfortable clothing.

We are excited to announce September 17th’s event will benefit Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia, as part of Hunger Action Month. Second Harvest serves as the food safety net for those who are at-risk for hunger throughout Coastal Georgia, with more than 44 million people in the United States who struggle with food insecurity, 1.4 million in the state of Georgia, and 131,820 right here in Coastal Georgia.
Established in 1981 in Savannah Georgia, America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia is a locally inspired, volunteer-driven nonprofit food bank and community partnering organization. They work diligently to feed tens of thousands of children, senior citizens, low-income families, and people with disabilities who face hunger by distributing nutritious food to non-profit agencies and partners. Programs include Brown Bag for the Elderly, Kids Cafe, Mobile Food Pantry, and our Partner Marketplace. These programs are designed to provide hunger relief to those most vulnerable. Partnerships with 237 faith-based and non-profit agencies provide emergency food assistance across Coastal Georgia.
