About This Event
There’s something about an October night in Savannah. The shadows linger a little longer, the air carries a hint of mystery, and the old gardens seem made for a little misbehavin’.
Join The Current GA and friends for an evening of live music, dancing, food, specialty cocktails and masquerade in the gardens of Ships of the Sea Maritime Museum. Come dressed for a grand masquerade, with a touch of mystery encouraged, and settle in for a night that feels equal parts elegant and otherworldly.
The Fabulous Equinox Orchestra sets the night in motion with an exclusive engagement, bringing their signature blend of swagger, swing and Southern showmanship to the gardens for an evening made for dancing and revelry.
Start the evening early at our pre-event VIP Speakeasy, featuring live jazz, cocktails and a more intimate gathering before the gates open for the main event.
Once inside, there’s plenty to discover beyond the dance floor, with food, specialty cocktails, unexpected diversions and a few surprises tucked throughout the gardens. Choose General Admission, make a night of it with VIP admission, or gather your favorite people around a reserved table for ten.
And while we’re having a little fun, we’re raising funds for something that matters. Proceeds support The Current’s work across Coastal Georgia, from independent, fact-based reporting to media literacy, community programs and initiatives that inform, engage and connect the communities we serve. (Sponsorship opportunities are also available).
