About This Event
How the Light Gets In is an afternoon variety show of music presented by Tegan Miller and special guests that was inspired by the concert poster artwork featuring glass artist, Mary Garofalo. Tegan’s musical inspirations are far-reaching and her performance style is engaging for audiences. Sure to be an afternoon of excellent musical stylings in the beautiful lil’ gem sanctuary.
Proceeds from our concert series help support ministries and partnerships that make a tangible difference in our community, including:
- Advocating for affordable housing, mental health access, and literacy through Justice Unites Savannah Together (JUST).
- Partnering with local organizations such as the Savannah Pride Center and the MLK Observance Day Association to promote inclusion, equity, and opportunity for all.
- Supporting environmental stewardship through educational programs, energy- efficiency initiatives, and renewable energy projects.
Engaging children and youth in meaningful service opportunities that foster compassion, leadership, and civic responsibility. - Sustaining local arts, culture, and independent media through our community radio station, WRUU 107.5 FM.
Your ticket helps ensure that these efforts continue. It helps maintain a gathering place where people can find connection, nurture hope, celebrate diversity, and work together for the common good. Thank you for supporting the arts, strengthening our community, and helping love make a difference in Savannah.
