Looking for a scary-good time on Halloween weekend? Step into the shadows for Kick & Scream: Visions in the Dark, a night of art, movement, and thrills at the Otis S. Johnson Cultural Arts Center!
First, join us for the closing reception of the Kick & Scream: Visions in the Dark Art Exhibition, on display in our Visual Arts Wing, from 5:00-7:00pm. Journey through art exploring spooky and Southern Gothic themes from our visual arts students and enjoy light refreshments. At 6:30pm, the theater doors will open for a thrilling live performance beginning at 7 p.m. Featuring ballet, hip hop, modern dance, heels dance, and more, the performance will take the audience on a spooky and dramatic journey filled with eerie imagery, unexpected twists, and haunting performances.
Free and open to the public, ticket reservation is for the performance and highly encouraged.
