IsReally Hummus, a locally owned and operated purveyor of all things chickpea, announces the grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration of their first store-front location, Thursday, March 24, beginning at 5:30 pm. The event will double as a fundraiser for America’s Second Harvest of the Coastal Empire, and attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items.
“IsReally Hummus couldn’t have been what it is today if it weren’t for the amazing support of the local community in Savannah! From the local farmers’ markets, vendors who we collaborate with, established business owners who mentor us, to the wonderful hummus lovers who keep coming back for our hummus. IsReally Hummus is Savannah Hummus!” -Assaf Gleizner
Dedicated to boiling every chickpea to perfection, owners Assaf Gleizner and Tegan Miller, invite guests to sample several flavors of hummus, see the new space, and network with other local business executives. Having previously only been available through pre-order and at local farmers’ markets, this location will allow their growing fanbase easier access to getting their chickfix. The duo are also seasoned vocal performers, successfully spending time on the American Traditions Vocal Collection competition. Attendees will have the exciting opportunity to hear the performance of several special songs. IsReally Hummus is located at 1000 Eisenhower Drive, Savannah, GA 31406.
