Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Savannah will officially cut the ribbon on its new wing on April 17^th. The community is invited to attend. The Ribbon Cutting and Open House will celebrate the addition of 10 more beds; a new dialysis suite and an expanded therapy gym. The ribbon cutting will take place first thing on Monday at 9 a.m. Open House and Tours will be offered from 5 to 6:30 p.m. If you cannot make those times, please stop in and someone will be happy to show you around. Encompass Health is a Stroke and Hip Fracture Center of Excellence – once the ribbon is cut, they will be able to offer 60 beds for inpatient rehabilitative care to the Savannah and surrounding communities.
