We have a Menopause Fitness Group starting November 14, 2022, running through December 19 that is limited to only ten (10) participants.
You will have very specific and accurate plans developed just for you, to regain your entire well-being.
Our program is beautifully balanced with fitness, nutrition and education. Your journey will be guided by fitness professional of over 30 years, Melanie Edwards. Whether you are participating virtually or in-person, you’ll have weekly workouts, nutrition plans, live interviews with and the support of both HRT and holistic practicing physicians.
There will be meetings each week for workouts and support. If participating remotely, video coaching will be provided. You will have 24/7 access to training, advice and one-on-one coaching. Guidance, instruction, support and accountability are included in this all-encompassing six week program.
