Event Details

The 5th Annual Traffick Jam hosted by the Savannah Inter-agency Diversity Council (SIDC) is one of the largest human trafficking education awareness conferences in the state of Georgia held right here in Savannah.

Our theme this year is: “Lies Beneath The Surface“ Working Together To End Human Trafficking

Early May this year a nationwide campaign was launched in Georgia to stop human trafficking. Three hundred and fifty-four adults & children are sold for sex every month.

Attorney General Chris Carr spearheaded his own campaign to work to end child sex trafficking — an initiative now taking effect across the nation. Carr said the campaign relies on partnerships between his office and local law enforcement in communities across the state.
“The ultimate goal needs to be to protect Georgians.” Education is the Key
